I was attending the Alan Turing LGTBIQ Awards where I was accepting the Colors Award for my work on the visibility of intersex people. I had a big speech and was completely new to public speaking, so I had a little glass of champagne to calm my nerves. Alex let me wear this beautiful dress for the ceremony.
