It was captured towards the end of lap 1 where Marc had already started to ease out a gap from the chasing pack. I had spotted this corner during the Saturday practice and thought to myself "that would make a good race shot!", so I tested it out during the Moto3 race to see how it looked and to decide what angle worked best before doing it for real when the MotoGP riders hit the track. It was a gamble to head to this position so early on in the race, potentially missing out on some of the more typical Sunday shots, but I thought it would be worth the risk.
