Daily meal prep before heading out to @ctpconcepts. Plus breakfast. Supper is prepped fresh when I get home. Chicken breasts are marinated overnight in ziplock w the seasoning in the last picture along with juice of one lemon and a small bit of olive oil. Best way to track macros for me is to do it myself. Every day.

What you don’t see is green veggies. They are on the plan, but when I am out all day I will generally skip them as this is a quicker prep. Also not seen is my serving of almonds.
Getting dialed in to hopefully start taping Straight Up Steve Austin. Like many others we have been on a delay.
