Although (knock on wood) Ive been fortunate to never have to deal with an more serious injuries in my career, there is always aches and pains from practice and training, travelling and sleeping in different beda every week. Got my physios number on speed dial ✅, sometimes a few emergency visits ✅ but also doing lots of recovery stuff to make sure my body is fit for fight since Im not 21 anymore. Have gotten thru quite a few rolls of physio teip over the years. 😂🤣 Appreciate the @staminapropatch the last couple weeks when my body gave me a few headaches, heard a lot of buzz about them and they were great help when I needed them. definitely going straight in the bag for when I need them next.
