💫 bit of my upper body day! hair still slightly pink. morale has been low but on the rise *i hope* SO hoping everyone is keeping their chin up this week.

With most of my workouts, I like to keep everything pretty circuit style with short breaks so I get the most out of it cardiovascular-wise I suppose — but you’re can break these up how you’d like!
I keep 8-12 rep range (sometimes 15-20 with exercises of no weight) and repeat the circuit 3-4 times 🥰
finish with abs n stuff and don’t forget to stretch!!
