Went on a “de-stressing” mountain biking expedition with my homie Ron Howard @ronhoward that at moments caused me MORE STRESS! Haha. First time mountain biking. I almost died only 3 times. Went head first over handlebars twice. Riding on 2 ft wide paths with 40ft drop cliffs. Crossed an amazing suspension bridge. Went down to the stream where 3 Japanese women sat. One of them made the rock stacks and said they represent SUCCESS! 9 mile trail that kicked my butt. Will I do it again? Yup! Four days from now. Wish me...success! 🚴🏾‍♂️🙏🏾🤞🏾😂
