Exercises:

Overhead bend & reach (4 reps per side)

Shoulder blade squeeze (5 reps)

Upper body twists (10 reps per side)

Heel dips (5 reps per side)

Calf raises (10 reps)

Hip abductions (10 reps)

Chair squats (10 reps)
