In this watershed moment, it was important our reflections drive to action.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Last week, our company chose to take action with commissioning an Inclusion Advisory Board of both internal and external leaders. In addition, @generalmotors designated $10 million to support organizations who promote inclusion and justice. An initial $1 million will go to the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We also recognize we’re only getting started. Make no mistake, Cadillac will continue to take action.
