All people.⁣ ⁣ The treatment of the Black Community in America over the past 400 years and the most recent murder of George Floyd is evidence of how far we have to go.⁣ ⁣ Racism is systemic and starts with us. We will continue to work with existing and new partners to make it possible for everyone to live with no ceiling. First, diversity in our workforce. Second, diversity in our communication materials.
