The inequality and fear that our country has imposed upon the Black community must stop. The systemic racism that these families endure; the injustices of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and others who came before them has lasted too long. As a white man, I will never understand that fear and pain, but I do stand knowing that racism is wrong, and I want to be part of the solution. In my personal life, it is my duty and obligation to instill these values in my children and my grand-children. Professionally, I can ensure my eponymous brand and the team stands in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter mission, for the fight against the systematic inequality in our country.
