Can’t even express how happy I am to be back doing Pilates with Cat!! After almost 3 months off I was starting to feel the effects of not pushing and listening to my body the way pilates has taught me. I was definitely nervous to see if I had lost some of the strength I had built up before quarantine or if I would have lost the mind body connection. It took me a little bit to get going and some of the simpler exercises felt like more work than they did before but wow it feels so good to be back! Pilates has been an integral part of my career and I am looking forward to getting back to my weekly lessons☺️
