4. Reverse Lunges 20 x each leg 4x
5. Glute Bridge w pause at the top x 20
6. Pause Jump Squats 4 x 10
7. Duck Walks 4 x 45 sec
8. Straight Leg Butt Kicks w pause 4 x 45 sec
9. Partial Pulsing Split Squats (All the way up & half way down) 4 x 45 secs each leg
10. FINISHER - 100 squats
