During the quarantine months almost like everyone I had a little mess with my daily schedule and normally at that time I was waking up around 10:30 am everyday (which was way too late for me). Now I’m making a «sleep revolution»😜 and normalize my wake up routine, because IT’S EVERYTHING to me to wake up early (8 am is perfect).

Beyond the recommended 8h of sleep we should be clocking each night, science says that rising early can make us smarter, happier, fitter and even more successful.
I restored my schedule and wake up every day no later than 8:00-8:30am. Feeling amazing again! 🌞🌞🌞 What time do you wake? #goodsleepmatters
