We decided to swap the thread used in these areas with fabric woven using air pressure to prevent lint fluff and double-layered the button strip to boost durability. This makes them incredibly versatile, able to be styled alone casually or paired it with a blazer for a more formal look.

ポロシャツの鍵は、襟と袖だ。洗濯するうちに型が崩れると、着る人の印象までも崩れてしまう。ユニクロは、素材で答える。襟と袖に使う糸を変えた。空気圧を利用して編みあげた糸は、表面の細かな繊維を内部に巻きこみ、毛羽立ちにくい。耐久性も高くなる。工夫は他にもある。ボタン周りの生地は二枚仕立てで、より丈夫にした。ベーシックに1枚で着る、フォーマルにジャケットと合わせる。その両方が美しく見える設計。襟が決まると、ポロシャツは決まる。
