会社より自分
お客より自分
部下より自分

その思考だった僕は
全く仕事がうまくいかなかった

すこし売れても
続かなかった

部下もついてこなかった

今考えたら
当たり前の事でした

自分より会社
自分よりお客
自分より部下

その事に気付いてから

最初は
貧乏くじばっかりだったけど

三年経って
貧乏くじがたまりにたまった頃

面白いくらいに
全てがうまく
まわりだした

それを今
若い人に

伝えたい

When I was younger, I preferred myself over the company, myself over the customers, myself over the subordinates, and because of this thought I couldn't get the job done.
Even if it sold a little, it didn't last.
I couldn’t bring his subordinates.
It was obvious when I thought about it now.
Company than myself.
Customer than myself.
Subordinates than myself.
When I realized it, I was poor at first, and when I was in a poor pool three years later, it worked out smoothly.
I want to tell about that to young people now.
