In 2012 @sheltonjenn picked up a copy of Steve Roper's “Sierra High Route: Traversing Timberline Country, Second Edition” at the ranger station in Bishop, California. Little did she know that the 195-mile route would break her down, and teach her the opposite of lonely. ⁠⠀
