2010年SSのコレクションからスタートした星座ネックレス

当時の私達は石などの買い付けや海外への販売、展示会で日本と海外を行ったり来たりの繰り返しが増えていました。
家族や友達、スタッフと離れていたので、繋がりを象徴するモチーフを作りたいと考えていた時にTucsonで夜空を見上げふと、空は何処にいても同じだと思いました。
この星空も何処にいても同じ景色が見えるのだなあと思いました。
その気持ちが星座のネックレスのデザインの原型になっています。
星座モチーフの周りには星空のように石を留めています。
朝も夜も同じ空から星が照らしてくれる様に。

At that time, we were repeatedly buying stones, and selling our jewelry to overseas, and going back and forth between Japan and overseas at exhibitions.
I was away from my family, friends and staff.
When I wanted to make a motif that symbolizes connection, I looked up at the night sky in Tucson.
I thought the sky was the same no matter where I was.
I thought that this starry sky could see the same scenery no matter where it was.
That feeling is the prototype of the Zodiac necklace design.
Stones are fastened around the Zodiac motif like a starry sky.
Like the stars shine from the same sky in the morning and at night.
Like staying by my side.
