We’ve always been able to leave the house once a day for exercise whilst social distancing during quarantine, however now we’re allowed to leave the house as often as we like each day whilst maintaining social distancing of 2m between people. Not a massive change to restrictions but one that will allow more people to be outside at any one time and for me that means I can enjoy walking my dogs as often as before restrictions and working out for a longer period of time rather than rushing to get home. Living in the countryside I feel blessed to have fresh air and nature to enjoy whilst I know many others are confined to apartments with or without balconies. We are all in this together, progress is being made and each day that passes is one step closer to a new kind of freedom and normality.
