What you’ll need:
* 2 bananas 🍌
* 2 cups of oats
* 2 eggs 🥚
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Coconut flakes (optional) 🥥
* Dark chocolate chips (optional but strongly encouraged!) 🍫
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix thoroughly, transfer to a bread pan + then bake for 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let banana loaf cool. Then slice and enjoy!
