今日29歳になりました。
みなさんメッセージありがとうございます。
この写真は僕が中学時代に井上監督と東海大学の道場で稽古してもらった写真です。
釣手が重くずっしりきた感覚を鮮明に覚えています。
この写真の井上監督と今現在の僕が近い年齢にあると思うと感慨深いです。
日本柔道は偉大なる先輩がいて幸せです。
これからも宜しくお願いします。

I turned 29 today. Thanks for all the kind messages.
The picture is when I was in junior highschool. I am practicing with Inoue sensei at Tokai University.
I still remember the feeling of his strong grip.
Inoue sensei in this picture is about the same age as I am today.
I feel so fortunate to have such great mentors in Japanese Judo.
