Since we have so many beautiful bodies of all shapes and sizes ✨ learning to be happy with the body you’ve been given and how to make it stronger and healthier! Body image wasn’t something that was talked about for me growing up, especially in an ultra conservative religion. And I struggled with body confidence for a long time, weird eating habits, and constant criticism of myself because I always compared myself to other.
