“Expressing myself through body movement, facial expressions, different noises: crying, screaming, laughing– all of these things are a part of my process. Collectively, we are in an extremely vulnerable time and it's ok to surrender. Feeling defeated does not mean you are. Asking for help, being vocal about your needs and wants does not make you weak.
