Today I woke up feeling super blahhhh. 😔 Anxious, moody, and definitely not my best self. I immediately threw on the brightest sports bra I own, put my hair in some space buns (inspired by @Peta Murgatroyd ), and went on a long walk.

Everyday is an emotional rollercoaster for me these days. It’s a guessing game whether I’m going to feel happy bubbly or have a mental breakdown. I’ve found on these rough days that the more I concentrate on the things I CAN control... the more my day starts to turn around. (#controlfreak) I can control how active I’m going to be, what foods I put into my body, and how productive I am... even if that means simply making my bed :)

Anyone else have similar days? How do you turn it around during quarantine?! Asking for a friend 😬
