MiChiさんのインスタグラム写真 - (MiChiInstagram)「たまにやってくるこの感じ… やる気が中々でなく、そもそも何でここにいるのか、この地球上に置かれたのかとか、凄い考える😅 わかる、大げさw でも実際には結構頻繁に感じること。特に今は世界がとっても不安定で全体的にエネルギーが低くなっている中、精神を高く保つのはさらに難しくなっている。けど、これを乗り越える唯一の方法は、’繋がる’ ことだと気づいた。私たちはどこにいても、いつでも繋がっている、そして今はみんな同じ立場に居ることを忘れないこと。自分の感じている事を正直に話してみたり、助けを求めることを恐れない。なーんにも恥ずかしくないよ、同じ気持ちの人がきっと沢山いるから。自分の心を開く事によって相手も心を開いてくれて、そこで初めて共感と言う物が生まれて少なくとも気持ちは少し楽になるはず。実際に人と合わなくても簡単に繋がることができる時代に生きている私たちはとてもラッキーだよね。家族に電話してみたり、友達と話したり、パートナーにいつも以上に頼ってみたり。お互いに助け合って、乗り越えて行こう。共感し合う事がこんな時にとっても支えになるような気がする♡ 後ね、今だからこそ何かやらなきゃ！！とかないから。無理しなくていいよ。唯一何かするとしたら、自分のメンタルのケアだけはしっかりしてあげて。その方法は人それぞれだけど、とにかく自分にExtra優しくね。もちろん他人にも☺︎ すーぱーLOVEやで🤍 • • • This is how I’ve been feeling some days, totally unmotivated and questioning why I’m even here on this earth 😅 I know, dramatic. But I get this way sometimes and it can be hard to snap out of it. It’s even harder right now with everything going on in the world - with the overall low energy dragging us down but I realized that the only way we can get through this is through connection. Remembering that even if we can’t meet in person, we are still connected and we are all in this together. Yesterday, I talked about how I was feeling and asked for help. And I got great advice which pushed me to take action and do something to change my frequency. We are so lucky to be alive in a time where it is so easy to connect with friends all over the world, so let’s get in touch with them. Call your family, talk to friends, open up to your partner and ask for help. let’s help each other and get through this. Empathy can get us so far in times like this ♡ Also, don’t feel pressure to do anything during this time, you don’t have to accomplish anything. And If anything, let’s make sure we take care of our metal heath more so now than ever - whatever that may look like for you.
