GYOZA SKIN RECIPE :
100g all purpose flour
100g strong flour
100ml Water .
GYOZA FILLING :
100g Kobe Beef
100g Chinese Cabbage
50g Chinese chives
20g Leek
5g Ginger
5g Garlic
3g Salt
5ml Soy Sauce
Black Pepper

Use chopsticks to mix 2 flours once it become sticky use hands to knead for 5-10mins. Wrap it and rest it for 30 mins or so. Unwrap it and knead for 5 mins. Then roll it to stick shape use sharp knife to cut into 1.5cm cube. Pound it to round and use rolling stick to make it 7cm skin.

Chop chinese cabbage and sprinkle salt let’s it stay for mins squeeze the water and mix with other chopped ingredients and mix well.

Use your finest homemade skin and wrap your gyoza like a BOSS!!! Dump your gyoza into boiled water and simmer for 3-4mins. Sprinkle salt or Wagyusco sauce and Eat-n-shout 🔥
