Morning guys and happy Saturday!!
You guys really seemed to enjoy my last "live at home workout" so I decided to film another for you! I made this one 20 minutes long, so it is a little harder! I encourage you to mix this workout with some cardio if you can, and to even try to do the whole thing, twice! I love doing these 15-20 minute quickies because they're easy to commit too!
