Then do 3-5 Rounds! 2) Sprints on my empty street outdoors. I’ll do 30 seconds on at 80-90%, then walk for 30-45 seconds, sprint again for 30 seconds repeating this pattern for a full 30 minutes of sprint and then walk. Very effective cardio HIIT from home. 3) Different ways to cook and spice my meals to lean out. I post a bunch of my meals on my stories. Should I post more recipes on my page? 4) FaceTiming friends and family to make sure everyone is in good spirits during this odd and trying time.  5) Learning how to take care of plants and planting inside and all around the house. This is such a therapeutic act. I got a bunch of my house plants from Amazon so you don’t even have to leave the house sometimes to do this. Hope everyone is staying safe, positive and driven. It’s always good to have goals and stay busy especially in times like this. Patience, staying busy and having mini goals can help distract from the boredom or anxiety it can create.
