Today I decided to work outside! It made me feel sooo much better, and I started thinking about different ways that brighten my day that I can share with you! ☀️☕️ 1.) Definitely coffee! If you are used to getting that weekend Starbucks (or more often) try making yourself a fancy coffee at home! Get a special creamer, or use a milk foamer, and definitely use a special mug! 💗  2.) Spending time in the fresh air. I love being outside, I spent most of my life growing up outside! I understand that this may be difficult for some of you in big cities, the alternative I have thought of is to spend a select amount of time a day meditating or journaling. Reflect on yourself, and give yourself that time and attention. For those of you that have a porch/back yard and live in a quieter area, spend time outside! Have meals on your porch, date nights with your husband/wife in the backyard, set up picnics, or play games. You’d be surprised how much a little fresh air and quality time uplifts you. 🌿✨ 3.) Don’t forget to get ready for the day. Even though most of us have been spending long days at home now, don’t forget to still get ready for the day. Not only does this boost your productiveness, but it keeps you feeling good! Take your pajamas off, wash up, do your hair, and put on a nice lounge outfit that you feel good in.
