Hi everyone, everything is going is really crazy. So I really focus on using my time to grow my mental strength, meditate, cook or just relax and read a book. But most importantly I try to stay active. Yesterday I got some fresh air in a little garden next to my house. I want to motivate all of you to stay healthy, fit and embrace social distancing.
