This, much like everything else, has been postponed. . . My heart is heavy for many reasons in the past few weeks and especially the past couple of days. The clarity of what the rest of the pro season with @fbvoleybol will be remains up in the air. . . As an athlete, the feeling of having little control is not a familiar one, and one that I’m having trouble dealing with. It doesn’t feel normal to be home right now. It doesn’t feel right to leave a season unfinished with so much potential for where we could go. . . In the end, most everyone in the world is feeling the disruption of daily rhythm and patterns of our lives. With so much uncertainty as to what the future holds, I’m truly grateful to be healthy and home with my loved one. . . I have to be honest, I do hope the league is able to continue, that the Olympics go on at some point, and our wedding goes on as scheduled. However, I also realize that these things are so small in this current time of crises we face. . . More importantly, I hope for everyone to be safe, to feel love and to do their part in fighting this virus ❤️ . . I’m praying for all those who have been affected and for those that will be.
