We have so much gratitude that we have a space to square away and retreat. It may sound petty as so many people all over the world are either suffering from, or putting themselves on the front line to battle COVID-19, BUT— I have to post about the appreciation I have for the support and kindness we’ve received from friends and family and NEIGHBOURS!!! Thanks to drop offs by Fi @youngjaynefiona and Mirrah @thatsallffoulkes (friends) and Carla @drgngrl (family) braving the grocery stores we have enough food!! And because of my amazing neighbours Ariel @shukbondi and Idit @sukhamukhayoga we have the best coffee and bread in Sydney AND, equipment for indoor yoga sessions. #goodNeighboursMakeLockdownBetter Bless you guys for helping us be fed and caffeinated and stretched.
