Anna Nyströmさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Anna NyströmInstagram)「My favourite breakfast - Creamy oatmeal with banana & berries 😍🍓 Here is the recipe ♥⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Oatmeal: ⁣⁣⁣ • 1/3 cup organic oats ⁣⁣⁣ • 1/3 cup water ⁣⁣⁣ • 1/3 cup oat milk (or almond milk)⁣⁣⁣ • 1/2 banana⁣⁣⁣ • 1-2 dates⁣⁣⁣ • A pinch of salt⁣⁣⁣ • A pinch of cinnamon ⁣⁣⁣ • A pinch of natural vanilla ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Toppings:⁣⁣⁣ • Blueberries, raspberries & banana⁣⁣⁣ • Pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds & coconut flakes ⁣⁣⁣ • Oat milk ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Add oats, water and oatmilk into a pot then turn heat to medium. Take 1/2 of the banana and mash it with the dates. Add it with the rest for an extra creamy and sweet flavor. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Cook until oats begin to bubble then stir until oats are cooked and creamy, about 4 minutes.  Stir in the cinnamon, salt and vanilla. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Pour into a bowl and top with remaining banana, berries and any other favorite toppings!
