I used to have a fear of fire.
It was serious, I didn’t trust fireplaces and fireworks made me hide and cry.
Of course, as an adult I’ve come to respect fire as a symbol of extreme strength and passion.
With that, I want to thank my team who helped me make this @シュウウエムラ “flaming reds” collection come to life. It was a huge project, and I’m immensely proud of all of the content we created together.
But beyond the symbolism, mother nature’s fire is nothing to balk at...as Australia inches out of a brutal summer and the northern hemisphere creeps into it, I hope everyone can come in with a healthy dose of fear and respect for fire. And don’t forget that love can burn brighter.
