“DO YOU EVER MISS A WORKOUT?”⁣
Did you know that there are some weeks, I don't complete a single workout? YUP! As an example, recently Arna and I BOTH had a head cold and she was also teething, so we were both feeling pretty unwell.⁣

As a trainer, it’s my job to keep you ladies motivated, but sometimes there is also just reality. I had to give myself time to fully recover, because in the past I have gone back to the gym when I thought I was well enough and then became sick again. I have definitely learnt from my mistakes!!! While I was sick, I made sure I ate really well, stayed hydrated, and had zinc and echinacea. It is SO important to listen to your body! I fully recovered and actually felt great when I went back to the gym and SMASHED my next workout! ⁣

Ladies, it is OKAY to miss a workout when you are sick. Give yourself enough time to recover and your body will thank you! ⁣
