箱根風雅での新型肺炎への対応は、現時点では下記のとおりとさせていただいております。
スタッフのマスク着用で表情が見えずご不安な思いをされる場合もあるかもしれませんが、お客様の安心・安全を最優先とし対応させていただきます。
ご理解、ご協力賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

・感染予防の為に館内にアルコール消毒液を設置しております。是非ご利用ください。
・従業員がマスクを着用して業務にあたる場合もございます。
・エレベータースイッチやドアノブ、テーブル等お客様がお手を触れる場所は定期的にアルコール消毒を行っております。
・発熱や咳などの症状を発症または、体調のすぐれないお客様は従業員にお知らせください。

・Employees may wear masks to perform their duties.
・Alcohol disinfection is performed regularly at places where guests cantouch such as elevator switches, door knobs, and tables.
・If you have symptoms such as fever or cough, or you don’t feel so well, please notify the hotel staffs.
