I get an incredible quads pump using the Stairmaster, and I’m normally sweating a lot quicker than most other forms of gym cardio. ⁣ ⁣ Exercise Bike 🚲 ⁣ My favourite for quite some time and I have one at home. I love that I can perform low intensity cardio for a considerable amount of time, and sometimes even forget I’m doing cardio as I catch up with Netflix shows or watch YouTube vids. ⁣ ⁣ Treadmill 🏃🏾⁣ Will always be a staple in my cardio arsenal. Again great for both low and high intensity cardio; I’ll either be power walking, jogging or performing intervals including sprints. ⁣ ⁣ Elliptical Trainer 🚫⁣ No, just no. I’ve been in gyms for more than half my life, and I can count on 1 hand the amount of times I’ve used an elliptical trainer. Stairmaster🦵🏾⁣
