Ok‼️ popliteal tendon cracked ➡️ 2 more weeks to recover or 2 weeks to train hard core for the proj powered by @guillaumelevernier 🤩🤩 Why losing time to cry in a corner when a positive attitude can create opportunities 😇
And honestly I was craving to train a bit those biceps !! 😋

Here is a combined stato dynamic exercise ➡️ 3s 120/90/20 degrees followed by 5 very dynamic (important to be in your head at least 😆) high pull up.
