It’s crazy what a cleanse/kickstart can do to you mentally. I have so much energy and I’m literally not craving any food/bad food, the second day on the cleanse all I could think about was food and allll the things I wanted to eat when it was over 😂 but after day 3 weirdly I think my brain/body had adapted and you get a literal shock of clarity into what you want and need. I felt like I needed SO much more fluids/water that’s all my body was craving. Anywayyyy point is that I can confidently say I’m happy with where I’m at and if I can keep this up I’m going to keep seeing more progress and I’m all for it 😗also no more drinking alcohol on the weekends ❌ zero alcohol till my Birthday in April and me writing it here is going to keep me accountable so there you go 👊🏽 Strong mind = even stronger body 🤓」1月31日 20時31分
