He's addicted, I'm addicted, EVERYONE is addicted. Screen time is an ever-increasing part of our daily lives and the lives of our kids. To be totally honest, we mainly use it when we are being lazy, aren’t capable of being the most present parents and just need some time to chill. There, I said it. But, we don't want to forbid screens when they are such a ubiquitous part of our world, nor do we want to make them that much more special by placing heavy restrictions on them.
