It is March 29, 1986 Reverend Kevin Zaborney had the idea of the first day of cuddles. It was found that the beginning of the year until the Valentine (14 February) was a period of greater tendency to depression. The holidays past year, many people suffer indeed a lack of emotional contact. .
The idea of releasing emotions without delay and receive marks of love was born as a movement toward "free hug". How to proceed?
