( via myself, a lot of myself time and examination , reflection, soul charging and self love) the paper is 6x 9 ft and I’m jumping on and off of a saw horse with no problem my balance is really good .. while I’m aware it looks like a Charlie Chaplin silent movie in the beginning with the cat ... it makes me laugh , watch the middle part I move the saw horse with paint on it and the jump up on it and balance and paint then off and don’t miss a beat.. 2019 broke me in every way possible , but I’ve worked hard to not only fix the broken parts but improve my being inside and out..
