Thank you @oniceperspectives ! The videos we personally take during training are meant to display our mistakes, or to highlight things we could improve. We use it as a training tool. It’s easy to get a warped sense of how you look, and sometimes, we don’t feel like watching ourselves because we can only see the negative.
But I wanted to say thank you. Your videos not only show the fans of our sport a bts view of our day to day training, but they also have the power to change the way we feel about ourselves. That is priceless!
