I sat on a machine that replicated extremely strong kegels. It will tighten up my pelvic floor area - vaginal and urinary. After having a baby things are not back to 100% how they where. It works to strengthen guys parts too. I’m going to have 6 sessions in total over 3 weeks. So here we go on the first one. All I have to do is sit down on the chair. It’s called #emsella.
