クリスティン・ヒルデブランドさんのインスタグラム写真 - (クリスティン・ヒルデブランドInstagram)「2018 almost broke me, but in 2019 I was brave. . . 2019 was the year I got a job that wasn’t being a pro volleyball player. 2019 was the year I managed to run a rapidly growing design business (at the risk of failing anytime) from my kitchen table all while raising a toddler. 2019 was the year I leveled up with myself and started seeing a therapist because I knew it would make me a better mom and a better wife. 2019 was the year I attended a yoga retreat based in trauma healing that cracked my heart open and allowed for true healing for the first time since my mom died in 2012. 2019 was the year I stopped letting fear control me and finally got tested for the breast cancer gene (test came back negative by the way🙏🏻). 2019 was the year I put in the very hard work alongside my husband to figure out what being teammates in a marriage actually means. . . This year I was brave, and because I was brave, I grew. And here are my biggest takeaways that I’m taking into 2020 because I am HERE to keep learning, and HERE to keep growing. . . Do shit that scares you. Invest in yourself. Meditate. Show up for the people you love, period. Feel (& honor) your fucking feelings. Travel. Exercise. Be vulnerable in love. Don’t be afraid to fail.
