It’s fun having you all follow along and cheer on our ever-growing family! Thank you to so many of you for your kindness in this little space that can sometimes not be known for that. I have a few hopes for us all here in 2020: I hope we strive to see the best in each other rather than the worst, that we spend most of our time talking about the good one does rather than pointing out the failures, that we notice first the things we have in common rather than stressing over our differences. That we remember we are all human and are all just trying to do our best with what we’ve got. Our family is simply trying to love God and love people in the best way we know how; I’m assuming that’s what you’re doing too. I hope that what I show you here represents that well. Remember it’s only small snapshots into a life probably like yours filled with good days and bad, some easy, some hard. We certainly aren’t perfect, we don’t live perfect lives or love perfectly but we serve a God who is and who does!
