Moments of anxiety, depression, & disassociation.. but also so many things I’m so proud of and thankful for! 💕 The highs/favorite things of 2019 in a nutshell included: • Improv 101 at UCB • South Africa Trip w/Cobus! • Performing at Kidtopia in Sacramento! 🎊 • Becoming a certified Personal Trainer w/@nasm_fitness 👊 • Releasing 5 original songs + music videos that I’m stoked about. (No One Can Love Me, Just Another Love Song, Where Would You Be, Selfish, & Mrs. Claus!!) +many covers ;) • Nashville friend trip+ then going to Austin City Limits music festival 😍 • Redefining & finding my confidence & zest for life. 💕 • Friend trip to Joshua Tree! • Getting acting management w/a team that truly believes in me. • Improv 101 at Groundlings • Started a Meisner acting class • Signing w/@abramsartistsagency • Friend trip to Las Vegas/Grand Canyon 🥰 • Collaborating with some of my favorite brands such as @bestbuy, @bumble, @amazonmusic, @audible, @bioclarity, & more! 💕 • Getting better at setting boundaries, speaking up for myself, balancing my work life and personal; taking time for a morning routine & prioritizing my mental health. • Spending time with family! 😊 - I say this because as the year was coming to an end..I felt discouraged about all the things I WANTED to do that I didn’t, the places I wanted to go or visit, the “accomplishments” or vast list of "things to do”. I think it’s healthy to reflect on the PROGRESS & little steps you HAVE made.
