I have been making these potatoes for YEARS! 🥔 My mom showed me this recipe and it’s so easy! This is the perfect dish to whip up for a dinner party and pairs well with almost anything. Warning: you may be tempted to eat the entire dish. 🤤

Ingredients:
small red potatoes (I do about 1-2 potatoes per person)
yellow onion
garlic
@briannas_salad honey mustard dressing
@briannas_salad creamy balsamic
gruyere cheese
Bake for 1-1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally
