Born with Cystic Fibrosis, @joshlj24 was given a 10% chance of surviving his first night. Growing up, he was told he wouldn’t make it to 30.

At 31, Josh Llewellyn-Jones OBE 🎖️ is now a World Record Breaker and fundraiser of over £800,000 for various charities.

Speaking on the motivation for his work and challenges, Josh said:

“The reason I do these challenges is to raise awareness about cystic fibrosis. It's to show kids who have it to pursue exercise and not give up on their dreams.
•
It's not just for those kids though, it can be motivation for anyone as exercise is so good for the body and for mental strength.”

Earlier this year Josh’s latest challenge saw him swim 21 miles in Dover Leisure Centre (1,353 lengths), then cycle from Dover to St. James’s Palace, where he was invited by The Prince Of Wales to @クラレンス邸 to rest and eat before running from London back to Cardiff.

Josh has set up his own charity, CF Warriors, to raise awareness of the benefits of sport and exercise to the whole Cystic Fibrosis community across the globe through events and the publication of research funded by the charity — visit @cfwarriorsorg to find out more about their work.
