This time she had a present for me— custom-made orthotics! She reviewed the ways that my feet have compensated and how, with the right support and foot care pro, we can ease the stress that they go through daily. I’m sooo happy I now KNOW that I’m in the right shoes and getting the support I need to really go the distance 😂 and she also gave me some tips on what kind of shoes to choose (and avoid!) I’ve only been in my orthotics for a couple days, but I love them and I definitely feel a difference already. Thank you Erin for coming to visit me at the rink during busy training days, and taking such good care of my twinkle toes!
