Here are some BOMB exercise combinations to add to your either at home workout routine and/OR take them to them gym!! I was literally dying after this set
1️⃣ - Front to side lateral Dumbbell SHOULDER combination (complete both movements for one rep) 8 reps x 3 rounds
2️⃣ - Laying single dumbbell CHEST press (5 reps) into double chest press (5 reps) 2 times to complete 1 set x 3 rounds
3️⃣ - Bent over row BACK combo (complete both movements for one rep) 8 reps x 3 rounds
4️⃣ - Laying skull crushers into TRICEP combo (complete both movements for one rep) 10 reps x 3 rounds
5️⃣ - Pause squats with BICEP curls (5 reps) around the world (1 rep) repeat 3 times for 1 set x 3 rounds
6️⃣ - Dumbbell overhead SHOULDER press with high knees 12 reps per side x 3 rounds
